Atelier de danse Hip Hop / Krump

We invite you to attend a hip hop/krump workshop led by choreographer Nach. An essential performer in the world of urban dance, she shines with her way of juxtaposing diverse aesthetics, including butō, contemporary dance and flamenco. During this workshop, Nach will explore the foundations of krump and hip hop including the stomp, the chest top, the jab and the arm swing. Through the exploration of these movements, Nach will introduce us to a transcendent practice with strong gestures that anchor us to the ground, make the heartbeat visible to better reappropriate speech, recover the energy around us and redistribute it.
