Domaine de l'Airial is the only wine property to devote itself exclusively to the traditional production of wine and balsamic vinegars.
On this terroir, Cécile cultivates her vineyard according to the principles of sustainable agriculture where the best grapes are selected in order to exclusively produce balsamic wine vinegars.
