On the family estate, I produce AOC Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines as well as some more atypical vintages.
Due to the geographical location, it seemed obvious to me to practice plot selection, in order to express the different facets that Tannat and Manseng, our king grape varieties, offer us.
I also chose, out of conviction, to run the vineyard in Organic Farming, more respectful of the plant, man and its environment.
