Following a request from the Angoulême film festival, Erik Truffaz revisits some major themes of French cinema. It's a delicate matter for a musician, soundtracks are the skin of films, their indistinct soul, or in the worst case scenario, a simple decoration of feelings. So Truffaz looked into his memories of a film buff, a lover and a child, to foment this tribute from jazz to the film that it illuminates.
