RPGers is a challenge, a meeting project around games in the Gers countryside! 8,000 m², 57 hours of entertainment, around board games for the whole family, oversized wooden games, epic figurine battles, wild role-playing games on tables or in life size, card duels or video games that will make your brains work! All this in the presence of numerous authors and editors. But also exhibitions, workshops, cinema previews, a garage sale, an Escape Game, etc. Each year, the festival is based on a theme chosen for its imagination and its potential for inspiration. Every year, volunteers compete in creativity to come up with a new escape idea to share across the different activity centers. - OFFICIAL TOURNAMENTS & INITIATIONS will be organized every day - FRENCH CHAMPIONSHIP of Crokinole! - LIFE-SIZE GAMES But what exactly are RPGers? If we approach, we will hear the boy calmly explaining to his father, at the age of seven, the rules of the game. A little further on the kid cannot be more than six years old, and he laughs loudly while repeating " I won!, I won!” In front of him, a father with a big smile has once again lost in front of his young child... A few tables further on, a family from Lille on vacation in the Gers has decided to come to the festival: "... out of curiosity, we wondered what games there could be, I thought I saw Monopoly!” admits the father, under the mocking gaze of one of his sons. “I read that there was a medieval show and then sword fights where we could participate, I wanted to be like d’Artagnan!” adds the second son, a little older, whose eyes shine with simple happiness. This is what RPGers is... a game festival brings each year the wonder of families who rediscover the pleasure of gathering around a table to exchange and have fun, the game then being only 'a support...
