Bistronomic restaurant & fusion cuisine, you will taste dishes with explosive flavors: foie gras & mango, duck breast & rum sauce, floating island & passion fruit. The associations are made with finesse. Your palate will discover new sensations. Mauritius being at the heart of Indian, Creole and Asian cuisine, the Chef composes like an orchestra conductor. The bread will come from a bakery in the neighboring villages and the chef will offer 100% homemade cuisine from starter to dessert. Cheeses, meats, vegetables, fruits, the more local the better! The Gers is a very rich region and it would be a waste to look elsewhere.
