VINCENT COURTOIS LINES FOR LIONS After twelve years of existence, five repertoires and five records including the famous Love of Life recorded in California, a tour in the United States, dozens of concerts throughout Europe, and always the same enthusiasm meet again, the Courtois/Erdmann/Fincker trio decided to confront their common experience, their obvious complicity and above all a unique sound, with their natural reminiscences of West-Coast jazz. Simple desire to explore or need to pay homage? Exorcising old demons or needing to get ever closer to unfulfilled loves? With their new creation Lines for lions, the trio tirelessly continues to explore, intimately and as a single musician, the furrow of a language of its own, nourished by its multiple influences.
